Clean Mac no water or drop damage, starts up but after a few seconds it freezes and the screen looks like an old TV set.

Any suggestions on how to recover data on this machines? Transfer NAND to a good working board? Is there a NAND reader that connects to USB or something like that?

You should swap NAND, controller and also SSD ROM.
Not worth the job for less than 500?.
Think that you can end with 2 (two) dead boards...

You can try as 2informaticos suggested or try reflowing/reballing the CPU. This will only be for data not long term use, but some have had success

I know people who revived such boards using IR oven.
But nobody confirmed how much time last these boards.
Should be good enough to recover data.
I would NOT give warranty for entire board after such process...

I figure out that only if the board got hot it shut down, so I came up with a cooling idea and got all data out.
