However, you've found them; apart of AUX_OK and EN_VR1.

2.06V isn't the expected voltage there.
Do you get correct 3V3_G3H voltage in this case?

Use schematic on your job, not only boardview!

i change for HI and got on all usbc same voltage going around 5,17v -> 5,18v -> 5,21v / 0,4 A
