1. Sorry...Just goes from 10-11Amps then 69-61amps and repeats itself like it trying to start up but doesn?t...Any Suggestions

3V3_G3H, PPBUS_G3H, any other voltage on this other board?
Check tge basic things and post correct information.
You may want to say 11mA, 0.11A, or 0.061A, no idea really; but impossible to get 10-69A for sure...

For sure ! Your board would already be fried , and you with it..... Not possible as your charger is providing something like 4.3A max if it's ? 87W charger

Yes...Sorry...I Meant its reading 19.89V and just keeps going from 10mA - 61mA on USB-C Meter

You should post basic power on signals.
We need some info to help.
Check if PPBUS_G3H and 3V42 are stable.
3V3_S5/SUS, PM_RSMRST_L, PM_PWRBTN_L reaction triggering SMC_ONOFF_L, etc...
Also try starting in SMC bypass mode.
