Hello, i have an 820-00281 that wont turn on. Its taking 5v from the power supply. PPBUS_G3H is not present and PP3V3_G3H is 1.5v.

U6903 has 5v on pin 10 enable. (theres 1 USB port that wont supply the 5v to pin 10). On all the other 3 ports its 5v

Inspect non-working USB-C port.
Possibly bad CD3215 chip, which also drops 3V3_G3H; post diode mode there.

I swapped the USB ports and the bad one is still in the same place.

The CD3215 with the bad USB port is 0.305v while the other 3 are 0.394v.

Not idea what you've really meant.

I can suppose you talk about diode mode, but which rail???
BTW, do not write "v" after a diode mode reading; nobody wants to get confused with voltage.

3V3_G3H is the same for all CD3215 chips.
Dificil to understand different readings on the same rail.

Is the same rail, you cannot get different values!

Compare diode mode readings on the LDO rails of all CD3215 chips (each has 4).
