820-00281-A Only 5v and 0.26amp not turning on

Hello everyone, I am back after a while. Because I had to moved to Germany from Turkey. And not doing repairs anymore. But one of my friends gave me a A1707 with 820-00281-A logic board and told me the story. So If I can fix it I will use it for myself. This macbook suddenly went off when my friend was using and plus using there was an iphone was connected for charging. There is no liquid damage or others. When I check with type c voltmeter I see 5 V and around 0.26amo comes and thats all. Because it has been a long time I have no documents like boardview and schematic and when I looked on internet all websites started to ask payment for these. And to be honest I had forgot all my informations so could you please help me where to look what to check like I am a newbie on this work. And please can you share the boardview and schematics firstly if you have it.

Thank you
Emre

All USBC ports have the same behavior?
Are you using 87W (or higher) charger?

Be aware, this board doesn't start with 61W charger and empty battery.
Should be good to test it with a battery holding some charge.

I have a power supply supports up to 300W I am using it. I have tested all the 4 ports are same behaving and with batterry connected is totally same nothing changed. Continuesly around 4.89V and 0.026 amp. I have connected battery and waited around 5 - 10 minutes but nothing changed. But I dont have any other battery to test or should I charge the battery manually from power supply if yes what is your advice to do about settings on power supply for that?

So lower reading is on the PPBUS_G3H side.

Keep the fuses removed.
Post U7000's basic voltages: P_IN, AUX_DET, SMC_RST_IN, VDDA/P, EN_VR1, SMC_RST*, AUX_OK, A/BMON.

PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3H - 0.9V
AUX_DET. - 1.2V
SMC_RST_L - 0V
SMC_CHGR_INT_L - 0V
TBA_VDDA - 4.75V
CHGR_BMON - 0V
CHGR_AMON - 0.005V
PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR - 4.8V
PM_EN_P3C3_G3H - 1.85V
PP3V3_G3H - 0V
HPWR_EN_L - 0.003V

BUT I CANT FIND THE OTHERS LIKE SMC_RST_IN, EN_VR1, AUX_OK on boardview

I mentioned U7000 internal names in schematic.
Is so difficult to find corresponding external names on its pins?
For example P_IN <-> PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR.

Why should I use boardview?
The board is on your desk...

"VDDA/P"
TBA_VDDP also missing...

You may need to change U7000.
First, remove R6923 and check again diode mode at L6900.
