No signs of oxidation, I imagine it's the u3750 with defect

More likely U3730.
Check if bluetooth is not turned off first.
Does it appear in System Report?

the wifi appears, but the bluetooth does not.
if u3730 is not worth trying to repair just because of Bluetooth.
