820-00281 ISL9239 was bad. 20v no current on charger

The unit would not switch from 5v on the power supply. PP3V42 was missing.

The ISL9239 was bad After replacing it I got my PP3V42 rail and the CD3215's enabled 20v

PP3V3_S5 is missing.
P3V3_TBT_T_SX_EN_R is missing and the PP3V3_S5 rail never happens. I have tried both sides all of the CD3215's
The LDO's are present

The 1v1 SUS and the 3v3 SUS are missing from the PCH
No shorts found. Nothing showing up on thermal.

I sure could use a little guidance here.

You cannot expect SUS voltage, if no S5; SUS derives from S5.

Check U7800 (7 OF 10) output voltages.
SMC_PM_G2_EN and PMIC_SHUTDOWN_L go high?
