hi i have a problem with this board. ic sic 635 burned out and ruined my board Anyone know how I can fix it? thank youIMG_20210615_175705_resized_20210615_060605654.jpg

I don't see any fix in this case.
I'm not sure what MLB do you have on the desk; surely not 00392 (is that battery code?).

However, a SICxxx chip should be for a CPU power rail.
I bet is dead now...

I asked you about MLB (Main Logic Board) code; you've posted battery code.
I can suppose you have 820-00239 MLB; why don't you confirm???
Really didn't get an idea from the Google link?

Is possible to upload a picture of your entire MLB?
Do you have an A1708 machine, which year?

I suppose you are talking about one of U7410/20/30.
There is the iGPU power supply.
Any of these chips burnt in such bad shape, can only means dead CPU.
This board is trash now, good for spare parts...

I ask a stupid question: if the cpu has low resistance the multimeter doesn't always give me short?

What if you post exact ohm resistance?
Short and low resistance is not the same.
You can compare with similar good board.
