820-00426 Fan Spins No chime

Hi all,

This board is not a liquid or any damaged.

I get all the power rails accurately. Fan spins no chime. How ever got the Backlight on back of the screen but dim.

No usb mouse light up but every 10 sec, light flash as same as we turn on.

It was Intermittent shutdown earlier.

ANy idea?

VCORE drops when you note mouse light going off?
Did you try to start in SMC bypass?
Try new FULL BIOS file.

Hi 2Info, Thank you for your reply. Vcore stable when mouse light flash. Tried SMC bypass still same behaviour. I will try with new bios and get back to you. thank you

Do not clean ME of original BIOS.
Try complete full BIOS, just for test.

Don't forget to clean ME now, once BIOS failure was confirmed.
If you've changed serial number in hex editor, also Fsys checksum must be fixed.

You didn't specify if you fixed checksum once serial number has been changed.
Medusa has an option to fix Fsys checksum.
