820-00426 Fans spin but no boot

[No-Clean]

Clean board, no history.

USB power but not activity
CPU gets hot as usual when booting, but there is no image or USB activity.
Already tried clean BIOS with different EFI chip.
PPVCC_S0_CPU 1.8V

Could be GPU issue, heat it for test.

A problem caused by FDMF6808N chips may not be solved changing them now.
Still can try, using FDMF6708/3030.
