820-00426 not running on charger

I'm working on a 820-00426-A wich is running on a charged battery.
It is not running/charging with the original charger (85W).
On my laboratory power supply with 19V it's charging and running.

When i plug in the charger the first time, green light is flashing one time - then nothing (no green, no orange)
PPDCIN_G3H goes up to 12.4V and is then falling down to 2V (naked board, original charger 85W)
There is Data-Communication on SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SCL and SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SDA

Can you give me help for further troubleshooting?

Looks like input leakage.
Original charger is smart enough to detect it and get blocked.

Q7180 and D7010 are the first suspects; sometime may be R7012.
Post Q7010 voltages, with the lab PSU connected.

Q7010 measurements:
PPDCIN_G3H_ISOL = 18.45V
DCIN_ISOL_GATE_R = 6.75V
PPDCIN_G3H = 18.45V

D7010 Diodemode = 0.76V
R7012 = 22.1k

Then change Q7180.
