820-00431-a locks after icloud removal

I have an 820-00431-a that wont boot macos after cleaning icloud from firmware.
Will boot fine on a windows install but on macos it locks at loading bar.
I tried several different bins from various places, cleared pram every time, same issue.
I made the mistake of not clearing the original file and just loading one I downloaded.
You guys have any experience with this?

Also, can you boot to a macOS install USB?

You messed up the ME region...
Clean it with Medusa programmer, if available.
If not upload somewhere the actual BIOS.
Also post required serial number...

I overwrote the original bios with a file from internet without backing it up. Stupid move, I knew better but was being lazy.
Serial number is c02qq24pgg78
I have files I have tried with a clear ME, they don't work.
This site is telling me the file I am uploading is too large so here is a dropbox link.

Did you get clean ME BIOS files posted on the forum, or somewhere else???
You've uploaded two files; same behaviour with both?

I got the files from a different forum. Same behavior from both.

Never mind guys, My board ends with a 02, not an A. That's the issue.
