I flash BIOS but not fixed.
mac working ,charging and responsible to REST SMC via keyboard
I have other same mac and test to swap lcd bot no display.
please what is yours suggestion.

SMC reset is hardware implemented.
If SMC is up and running, doesn't mean the board is working!!!
CPU is not involved in this process.

Do you get all needed voltages on the board?
Is VCORE present?

Did you test for USB activity?

Be aware, ALL A1534 machines end with dead CPU.
You may waste your time with this...
