820-00840 20v not booting

[No-Clean]

Board came in turning on sometimes with some water damage near U8400 and U7650 after UC I get 20v but no more power, I have tried do reflow all chips near the water damage area, but no luck.

Some small resistors or traces affected by corrosion.
UC can easy break traces already affected by corrosion; when no sweep option is used.
Also inspect for knocked off components.

Do you get 3V3_S5 at least?
Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L ay same time.

3V3_S5 was present, funny thing is that now that more than a full day has gone by the board starts up just fine, maybe some residue from the UC was causing a problem.
