Fan spins initially then stops then and does not respond to the switch. Capslock does not light up - although one time it lit up for me, but there was the same situation. Sometimes I have seen that it has a backlight. I checked the new good bios and still the same.

If only missing CPU core voltage, there must be a problem with BIOS, or CPU itself.

Resolder all components in CPU power supply area first; look at pages 54 & 55.
