No liquid damage.
Getting 20V on the USB Power Meter. However, 0mAh.
No short to Ground

PPBUS_G3H = 0V

U7000
C7075 = 5V
C7077 = 5V
R7073 = 3.3v
L7030 = 0.2V BOTH SIDE

Seems the U7000 is bad.

So now you don't even get correct 3V3_G3H?
Do you get 5V at R7020?
That should be good enough for 3V3_G3H.

Post U6990 voltages and diode mode to ground at L6990.

Compare diode mode to ground at F7000 with similar good board; 083 looks low.
Also post the value with black probe at ground.
Any big coil has the same value?

R7020 = 5.15V
3V3_G3H = 2.26v

U6990 =
1 = 4.89V
2 = 3.29V
3 = 2.26V
4 = 0V
5 = 0V
6 = 0V
7 = 0V
8 = 3.9V
9 = 0.06V
10 = 5V

L6990 = 0.331 (diode mode to ground with red probe at ground)
F7000 = 0.075 (diode mode to ground with red probe at ground)
L7030 with black probe at ground = 0.469

"L7030 with black probe at ground = 0.469"
I asked about F7000; is different case than old MacBook boards.

"2 = 3.29V"
No good.
Check if R6906 is OK.
Post voltages for R6906, D6905, C6990.

Please correct your last post!

D6905 (if is what you measured) shouldn't get more than 0.5V.
1.3V is too much, change it.
If still get 3.9V there, should check C6990/91, U6990 and U7000.
Just in case, post diode mode to ground on pin2/D6905.
Does it get hot?
