I have a 820-00840-A board not powering up, F4800 got got 12v on both sides, PP5V_S4 = 0V , whats next?

PPBUS_G3H = 12v on battery but 0v when using USB C adaptor (ggod adaptor)

No history of liquid damage

Any history available?
You must work on the board without battery, untill get correct PPBUS_G3H with charger only.

Probably one CD3215 chip is bad.
Must check some voltages and diode mode readings on the their power pins...

Never measure with the battery attached it will not help you. Do you have 5 volts or 20 volts on DC-in with just the charger?

Which component creates PPBUS_G3H? will replacing both CD3215 will fix PPBUS_G3H?

Please reply the questions!

Actual PPBUS_G3H and 3V42 voltage, if exist?
Do you get 5V or 20V at USB-C input port?

PLEASE, do NOT quote again an entire post, visible few centimeters above.
I cannot understand why someone needs to do this.
Maintain forum aesthetic...

I repeat, reply the questions, ALL.
How do you want to help, if you don't even want to post accurate information???

"Must check some voltages and diode mode readings on the their power pins..."
Don't forget this too.

My apologies, actually i don't know where to start, these USB power issues are pain in the butt, ok ill check power pins of u3200 and u3100

U3200

Pin 2 PP1V8_UPC_XB_LDOD = 1.8v
Pin 10 PPDCIN_G3H = 5v
Pin 11 PP5V_S4 = 0v
Pin 12 PP3V3_UPC_XB_LDO = 3.3v
Pin 35 PP1V1_UPC_XB_LDO_BMC = 0v
Pin 70 PP20V_USBC_XB_VBUS = 5v
Pin 75 PP1V8_UPC_XB_LDOA = 0v

U3100

Pin 2 PP1V8_UPC_XB_LDOD = 0v (still 0v even when i change the charger usb port)
Pin 10 PPDCIN_G3H = 5v
Pin 11 PP5V_S4 = 0v
Pin 12 PP3V3_UPC_XB_LDO = 2.3v
Pin 35 PP1V1_UPC_XB_LDO_BMC = 0v
Pin 70 PP20V_USBC_XB_VBUS = 0v (got 5v when i change the charger usb port)
Pin 75 PP1V8_UPC_XB_LDOA = 0v

PPDCIN is 5 volts so forget any voltage from PPBUS on for the moment. DCIN must be 20 volts. Post voltage for PP3v3_G3H

"U3100
-------------------------

---------------
Pin 12 PP3V3_UPC_XB_LDO = 2.3v"
You just found the culprit.
Comparing diode mode readings between chips can help too.
