No i didn't. First the short was on one of the CD replaced it and it was stuck on 5v. Then shorted again on the other CD so i replaced both now i'm stuck at 5v no 1v1LDO on any of them

U1900 was burnt because of U6990 failure; no other reason possible.
That means overvoltage on 3V3_G3H.
Not worth to continue the repair on this board; possibly bad SMC, as CPU too...
