820-00840 data line issue

i have an 820-00840 with only the upper usb port, both sides, doesn't read the data line.
So,
The problem persists on both port, in both connection ways? NO
Do you get 5V at external USB device? No

Visual inspection doesn't show anything obvious.
Is this a cd3215 issue?

The charger works connected to that port?

You may have problems with corresponding CD3215 chip, or the small redriver chip.
Also inspect USB-C terminals for corrosion.

I replaced the CD3215 and exactly same issue there.
What is the same redeliver chip?

usb c port looks good.

i relaced 3 times the redriver and 2 times the cd3215 without success.
Looks like after NVRAM is able to read the external drive without succeeding the boot because gives a lock symbol.

What should I do?

You may have problems with corresponding lines connected to U2800.
Bad U2800, or some external components connected on these lines.
