820-00840 does not boot with battery connected.

It boots with the battery screw but not with the flex cable.
Fan spins for a few seconds and screen flashes backlight, then shuts down.

Tried several working batteries, no change. Also tried a different data cable.

J6950 is not shorted.
SCL/SDA lines are 0.369 diode mode to ground.
Resistance over C7020 is 2.5 ohms and C7023 2.8 ohms.
Q7065 is not shorted.

F7000 voltages:

Charger only: 13.0v
Battery only: 11.7v
Battery + charger: 12.55v

SMC Bypass not working

Doest it try to start with battery alone?
Did you test with another charger?

Battery alone, no start.

Other charger, same thing.

No charger, works normal.

It was the palmrest, after replacing it turns on and works off the battery just fine. Even though i had tested it without connecting the trackpad flex cable, so i dont really understand how is it related to the battery.
