820-00840 , just 5v 0A and reboot every 2-3 sec

Hello! Need you help ASAP 😭
I have Macbook 820-00840. one port didn't work and i found short on R3450 . I have changed U3200 and now I have only 5,2v 0A on both ports and it reboot each 2-3 sec
No liquid damage and any problem. I changed C3215C00 and have no charge on both ports now

U3100 channel was working before (machine booting)?
In such case, I suspect bad CD3215 (fake?), or bad solders.

I've changed it again for another and now I have 5.2v 0A on both ports stable
No 20v
Any idea ?

Yes, machine booting, the last port didn't work only.
And one more , If I connected battery with FPC from battery I have nothing with charger

Do you mean it boots now, with battery only?
Because can't boot with charger if you get 5V/0A.
And you say "booting", not "was booting".
Still not clear if you refer to initial state of the machine...

So, it WAS WORKING with charger (on U3100 channel) before you've changed U3200?

Now you have for sure a problem on USB-C area, but is good to know what was initial state.
Inspect the small USB redriver chip; that one gets burnt many times.

Hello! I had re soldered U3200 and got 20v and all are ok! Thanks
But today customer complied about data. One port has no data (no devices work), but charger complete works.
What does it mean, which line for the data?

Which channel doesn't have USB activity?
Tested both USB 2 and USB 3 options?

5V USB power is controlled by CD3217 chips.
Do you get 5V on the USB device connected to that port?

both USB 2 and USB 3 options, USB channel where charger didn't work and I change the U3200
Yes, I have 5V

Then I suspect U3200, possible bad solders.
The redriver chip may also affect.

Compare diode mode readings on data lines between the both ports.

I've changed redriver and no change . Port A has 5V but doest work with data
U3200 I checked again...
I tried to compare both ports and I saw the difference with D+ D- between work's port and doesn't
