820-00840 macbook on touchbar 2016 does not turn on after changing keyboard.

Macbook had a bad keyboard and the keyboard was changed, after completing the change when reassembling it stopped turning on, locking at 19.27V 0.251A at the power supply.

PPBUS_G3H = 13.05v
pp5v_s5 = 5.1v
pp3v3_g3h = 3.4v
PP3V3_S4 = 3.3v
PP3V3_S0 = 3.3v
PP1V8_S3 = 1.8v
PP1V2_S3 = 1.2v
PP3V1_RTC = 3v

Any suggestions on what to watch?

You get S0 voltage, so machine turned on.
Not working, is something different.

Post CPU core voltage after 10-15 seconds.

Check for knocked off components, or broken traces.

I took the measurements and let me know if I missed any.

PPVCCSA_S0G = 1v
PPVCCGT_S0G = 0v
PP1V2_S3 = 1,2v
PPVCCIO_S0G = 0,9v
PP1V_S3= 0,9v
PP1V_S0G = 0,9v
PP1V2_S0G = 1,2v

I checked and there was no broken component.

Tested the board alone on the desk?

Thinking on its history, there should be a mechanical damage.
Sometime people destroy components, or connectors near the mounting screws; especially when use electric screwdriver.

Missing CPU core voltage explains why no boot.
Check diode mode to ground there; compare with good board.
You can try known good BIOS, just in case.
