macbook start whitout charger connected, just by pushing power button or trackpad it start. work on battery, connecting charger and black screen on tester, dont take any voltage but still work on battery. At the beggining it come to me whit flex gate i repair it but it stop working, on thermal u3100 geting hot so i change it and it start working but no charging now, i wait for new u3100 because that was from broken mainboard not sure its good for 100%,

So you don't get PPBUS_G3H voltage with charger alone.
That is very important information and MUST be mentioned in the first moment.
Post U7000 basic voltages (charger alone): P_IN, AUX_DET, SMC_RST_IN, VDDA/P, EN_VR1, SMC_RST*, A/BMON.
