820-00840 no image/backlight

Hello again!,
Have 820-00840 with no image/backlight, no signs of liquid damage, boards look very clean. Tried different lcd, external, no image and no backlight on both. Tried to connect mouse for USB activity check, but there is no light coming on from mouse.
Board gets 20V and 0.6A
PLT_RST_L 3.3V
CPU_VCCST_PWRGD_R 0.99V
PM_SYSRST_L 3.3V
PM_PGOOD_CPUVCC 3.3V
PM_PCH_PWROK 3.3V
PM_PCH_SYS_PWROK 3.2V
PM_SYSRST_L 3.3V

No reason to search for video, if no USB activity at least.

There should be some history fault.
Try known good BIOS.

Tried to reflash bios with the link above, still no usb activity/image. Any other ideas?

Nothing specific, just stopped working one day without spilling liquid or dropping it.

Then could be a CPU problem...
