820-00840 No power on USB ports

[No-Clean]

Board was worked on before, U2800 and both CD3215 as well as the USB-C port/s were replaced and board worked fine for about 2 weeks, now it came back with 20V on both ports, no power on board and no power on USB ports, both for USB 3 and 2 there is no power.

U2800 and the small PI3USBxxxx chip were replaced, but no luck.

Do you mean the board doesn't turn on at all, just stays with 20V on USB-C input?

U2800 was shorted on 3v3s0 problem fixed, thanks!
