Arrived powering on but no backlight or image. Powered to the OS and caps light would work. Customer reported it was dropped.
Replaced LCD cable and had backlight but no image and now no longer boots to OS with caps light working like before.
It now has no power after turning on and off a few times and only drawing 0.02 amps. PPBUS_G3H 13V
