How much voltgae injected?
I suspect shorted CPU power supplies chip to PPBUS_G3H.
What is the ecxact resistance of the short (ohm scale)?
Any CPU coil gives the same reading to ground?

ok :/
inject 1v to 12V slowly :/
short resistance to gnd 4.2 ohm
L7430, L7410, L7420 same (approximate 4ohm)
L7220 and L7210 8 ohm

Your CPU is very likely fried now; after injected 12V on it.
Just in case, remove (one by one) U7210/20 and/or U7410/20/30.
See when the short disappears from PPBUS_G3H.
