already tested for usb activity, a connected mouse, blinks once and thats all. ill check for external video. no idea what happened, but i can see some green stuff at wifi controller.
well ive checked for external video and nothing. so no usb activity. it seems water damaged, corrosion at backlight caps and tripped water seals. ive cleaned the corrosion but the issue persist: cpu gets hot, fan spin, and nothing more...
Backlight caps have almost 50V and liquid there can be fatal damage for the board.
This board has no caps on the video lines and CPU dies very easy.
Sometimes only LCD video bad, but your case is worst; as you don't have USB activity even.
You can try to heat CPU with quality flux.
A small chance to be an issue generated by accumulated crap between its balls...
