the board was working perfectly but not charging,i took the board out and found C3208 burnt removed and replaced..
Now system draws 5V no current...the first port restarts the ammeter and have changed the both CD3215
U3200

"The first port" meaning U3100 via?
Please, post information according with schematic.

You've posted diode mode readings on U3100/200 LDOs.
What about LDO voltages?

Exact PPBUS_G3H voltage?
Tested the board alone on the desk?

i mean the first type-c port
PPBUS_G3H is 0V
PP1V8_UPC_XB_LDOA1.793
PP1V8_UPC_XB_LDOD=1.799V
PP1V1_UPC_XB_LDO_BMC=0V
PP3V3_UPC_XB_LDO=3.383V
U3100
PP3V3_UPC_XA_LDO=3.299V
PP1V1_UPC_XA_LDO_BMC=0V
PP1V8_UPC_XA_LDOA=1.8V
PP1V8_UPC_XA_LDOD=1.8V..
Have been testing the board alone on the desk

First, second, left, right, up, down, soutn, north, etc; all these depend how you look at a board on the desk.
How can you be sure someone else will look at it in the same angle???
PLEASE, use schematic to describe a board position of a component.

1V1 LDO must appear only on the powered port.
Did you check it accordingly?
Do you still have one port restarting the ampmeter (which one)?

Check diode mode to ground at PPBUS_G3H.
3V3_G3H also missing?

PPBUS_G3H diode mode is 0.434
3V3_G3H is 3.433V

What happens if you click on a pin of J3300 corresponding to that port (on boardview)?
Are you then able to guess which CD3215 corresponds?
Try to put some logic on your job man...

Seems that U3200 via is restarting.
Check diode mode on its CC1/2 pins.

CC1=0.608
CC2=0.609..
U3200 was lite on and off On thermal camera
So u3200 is the restarting cd3215

I can see U3200 blinking On thermal camera when the ammeter restarts

Maybe vias sound more familiar, instead of channels?
For example, U3100 channel means all components between corresponding USB-C port and R7020 related with U3100.
