820-00840 Not turning on

So I couldn't get a fresh install of OS to work, my customer bought another SSD for it so I put it in. Got it to load the OS once. Tried to play a YouTube video and there were allot of glitches and the computer was running very slow. Do you think the GPU/CPU is damaged? I am not sure what to do with this thing.

There is no dedicated GPU; only iGPU abailable.
First try external monitor.
Let us know if video issue persists on both outputs.
