Board came in with very little water damage near U3200 and PP20V_USBC_XB_VBUS was shorted to ground from the CD3215 being shorted, I replaced the CD3215, short is gone but board tries to start with USB power but no USB activity and no VCORE, while inspecting with thermal camera PCH gets a little hot around 40c and U3900 also gets a little hot at around 36c, board gets 20v at 0.25a and stays there.
