820-00840 Smoked CDCD3215C ic's

U3200 had a small hole in it. I replaced both the CD3215's
I checked for CPU shorts and did not find any.
3.42v is present at the CD3215's

PP3V42 is present
current draw is real low. 0.02A

I am a little green with these boards.
Am I probably looking at a smoked CPU?

Do you have 20v on charger? Voltage on PPBUS?

NO. The CD3215's are not firing it up

20v is not only related to CD3215 controllers. Check their LDO's, also check voltages around U7000.

Do you get any voltage at PPBUS_G3H?

Inspect USB redriver chip from opposite side; many times dies too, if a CD3215 chip is blown.
