820-00840 WITH NO VIDEO ON INTERNAL SCREEN

Good day guys, I have an 820-00840 with No image, but works fine on the external display. My PP3V3_S0SW_LCD/PP5V_S0SW_LCD signals are not present, only pulse at the first few seconds, I have replaced the video cable as well as the video connector on the board, but no changes, I checked for a short but could not find any, please help me on where to go from here.

Did you test with known good LCD assembly?
Check if DP_INT_HPD pulses at same time with 3V3/5V_S0SW_LCD.
