I have a short on ppbus. if i remove r5400 would it be safe to inject voltage since i removed ppbus_g3h_cpu from the equation?

Why don't compare the short resistance with the resistance to ground on all coils?
If none equal, then is safe to inject voltage.
However, start with 1V and set amp limit to max on lab PSU first.
