820-00850 19v and 5v

please i have help for machine a1989
i have 19V / 0A left and write usb-c in 1st port
on 2nd port have 5V 0.27A
for test i want reflash soc rom but don't have file
you can send link ? or other way?

I don't have proper dumps for this model.
All the files I got from vinafix, seem to be bulshit.

Specify which CD3215 chips stay at 5V.
Compare diode mode readings around all them.
