Clean board, boots up but wont charge on any of the ports, USB data only works on 1 port.

U3100 and U3200 only get 5V and 0.250A
PP1V1_UPC_XA_LDO_BMC and PP1V1_UPC_XB_LDO_BMC both are 0V
PP3V3_G3H_RTC_ISOL 3.3V
PP3V3_UPC_XB_LDO 3.3V
PP20V_USBC_XB_VBUS 5V
PP1V8_UPC_XB_LDOA 1.8V
Already replaced U3200 and made no difference, I'm hesitant to replace U3100.

UB300 and UB400 both get 20V

Compare diode mode readings on LDO ports between left/right CD3215 chips.
Also check U2890 and its traces/resistors.
Remove connectors from shell and inspect USB-C terminals on the bad side.

PP1V1_UPC_TB_LDO_BMC
PP1V8_UPC_TB_LDOD
PP1V8_UPC_TB_LDOA
PP3V3_UPC_TB_LDO

All the above are almost identical readings in Diode mode compared to left right sides.

U2890 was replaced before making the post, I forgot to mention.

Was U2890 affected by corrosion?
Check all its traces and adjacent resistors.
Did you replace with one from donor, same model?

No, board is clean no signs of corrosion, but U2890 I knew was related to the problem so I replaced it, first with one from different board model, than later after reading your last post, from the same model board and same problem, I also end up replacing the other CD3215 and checked all resistors around U2890, all of them are good, but no change at all.

You said to get 20V on two ports, but USB activity one port only.
So there must be a problem on these ports area too.

Al resistors around UB090 were fine and all LDO were fine also on both CD3215 that had the 20V, but I replaced UB090 and now I have USB-Activity on both ports on that side, but the other side still only 5V
