820-00850-a 5v not power

Hello,
no liquid damage, Same response on all ports, I tried all 4 inputs. I'm reading 5volts on PP20V_USBC_TB_VBUS. PPBUS_G3H no voltage. I removed the F7000 and there is still no voltage. I checked F7000 with ground, there is no short circuit.

3v3_G3H_RTC : No voltage

"PPBUS_G3H no voltage. I removed the F7000 and there is still no voltage"
Any reason to search PPBUS_G3H voltage, once F7000 is removed???
Check C7050 voltage in such case.

I can only understand no voltage on PPBUS_G3H; where did you mention pin 1/F7000?

Post U7000 basic voltages; P_IN, AUX_DET, SMC_RST_IN, VDDA/P, EN_MVR, SMC_RST*, AUX_OK, A/BMON.

P_IN : 5v
AUX_DET : 1.2v
SMC_RST_IN/ CHGR_RST_IN : No Voltage
VDDA : 0,7v I don't understand P here
CHGR_EN_MVR : No Voltage
no standalone SMC_RST lineIt becomes NC_CHGR_SMC_RST_L but it has no connection to anywhere
AUX_OK line It becomes NC_CHGR_AUX_OK and it says Unused PMIC Signals
AMON: No Voltage
BMON: No voltage

Check VDDP too.

If all C7075/77 and R7075 are good, change U7000.

VDDP: 0.7v
C7075/77 and R7075 do not show any problems
Why are we changing the u7000? What voltage is missing

I replaced u7000. Currently, 20v draws 0.340 amps, after 10 seconds it goes to 0.0 amps, then again to 0.480 - 0.700, then to 0.0 amps again, it keeps turning like this.

While the battery is plugged in, it constantly draws 0.450 amperes and then returns to 0 amperes. Constant 20v 0 amps when battery is not installed

There is an article on repair.wiki that says ISL9240 is not available for purchase. Donor would be required.
I bought the ISL9240 brand new. Isn't it possible? Does this have software on it? Or is this information wrong? So can I wear zero?

New one should work; if is good, of course.
Reballing one which was tested on other board, is the best option.
