820-00850-A CD3215C00 showed bad on thermal

UB300 fail. Showed on thermal. Still unable to get 1v1 LDO off pin 35
replaced UB3400 as well. Still no 1v1 LDO off pin 35 either chip.

UB3200 and UB3100 do generate 1v1 LDO


Still don't have the unit at 20


Anyone have experience with this LB

Are you sure CD3215 chips used are good?
Compare diode mode readings with the other two chips.

Any history fault available?

I pulled them new out of the box.
the unit came in with "dead no power". I am the first person to work on it.

I will diode check them again. I can change them again as I have already picked the underfill off so now it's not a big deal
