820-00850 no image, CPU gets hot

820-00850. The version with t2 chip and touchbar.
the Device had some liquid damage.
The LVDS connector on the Panel looks bad. Already swapped out the Screen, so its new.
It looks like there is no corrosion the logicboard.
L8504 was burnt. Already replaced that, but still no image.
DP_INT_HTP is 3.3V steady after a while.
What could be the cause of this issue? Dead cpu ?

Damaged eDP CPU output most likely.
Do you get external video?

yes i do have exterenal video

LCD connector is direrctly connected to CPU; no protection caps in series.
eDP output is dead...
