820-00850 no kbd no tpad

hi, i have an intresting case

got this macbook pro its turning on and booting until the password screen, cursor is blinking but it is not possible to use the kbd or the tpad.

external kbd or mouse not working as well.

the client want to copy the ssd data, no idea how

i found out that external mouse turn the red light on after new start, then comes the apple for a while and just in this moment when the loading line appears and starts the red light in the mouse turns off

with external kbd holding cmd r it comes the recovery screen but nothing can be selected because no mouse, tpad or kbd is working

tried already pram reset with external kbd, that worked but no change in the problem

the mainboard seems to be clean, found L8504 fried and pulled it from the board, but ofcourse still not better

any idea what i could do here?

The strange thing is that external KB/TP also not working.
Maybe machine gets stuck and nothing work after few seconds.

However seems that external KB works in the first seconds at least, if allowed you to choose recovery mode.
Try to start in target disk mode; may be lucky to recover the data.

that worked, thanks, i tried that before but with "ALT + "T" and thought it dont work

The board is a mess but I could made in Target Mode a complete clone.

problem solved for now.
