The strange thing is that external KB/TP also not working.
Maybe machine gets stuck and nothing work after few seconds.

However seems that external KB works in the first seconds at least, if allowed you to choose recovery mode.
Try to start in target disk mode; may be lucky to recover the data.

that worked, thanks, i tried that before but with "ALT + "T" and thought it dont work

The board is a mess but I could made in Target Mode a complete clone.

problem solved for now.
