i was do it right(checked on a different mac)
next steps?

ppbus 12.3v
PP20V_USBC_XA_VBUS 5v just on the port that i connected the charger. the other is 0v

Is not easy to enter DFU.
Did you try all steps mentioned there?

i was try everything, i have another dead mac that i enter with him to DFU mode with no problem.

i was the left usbc problem the mac is working

UPDATE:
mac is working but not charging.
with battery 20V 0A
without battery 5V 0.5A

20V/0A, how it works then, if doesn't consum current???

I know? but it is...and its not charging...the charger and the voltmeter working well at other Mac's.

Post all coil voltages you get on the board.

In the middle of the coil voltages(charger without battery) (5min) its jump to 20v 1.5a and turn on...but after the i was replug the charger its got back to 5v 0.2a

UPDATE:
its just drive me crazy.. suddenly the charging start to work and it was charge the mac, i was plug it and take it out few times to check if its o.k, and i was, i was charge to 20% and shut it off and put back all the screws back and turn it on....its working! the battery is on 20% and when i was connected the charger... again!!! its 20.3v and 0A!!!! and of course not charging

i was also tried different charger and from the 2 sides the that close to me dead(the voltimater black)

o.k its the FU.... cable from the battery to the m.board!
what it dose this cable?

the cable looks fine..i dont have other to check but it can come from the board? i was replaces batter but it the same

i was find other cable and the same...so maybe from the board.
Charger without battery and cable work fine.
Charger without/with battery and with cable 5V 0-0.2A / 20V 0A.

BMON_IOUT 0V dido mode: nothing

Q6955:
SYS_DETECT 3.3V
SYS_DETECT_L 0V

SYS_DETECT_L is correct 0V.
If battery percentage is recognized, communication should be good.
Test with known good battery...
