If battery percentage is recognized, communication should be good.

Now its work just without battery,so there is no battery percent.
there something very wierd, its like if i play with the charger(connect/disconnect) it will work and charge after few minutes, but after disconnect it will stop to work.

When i first put tge charger with battery its 5v 0.2a then i replug it and then its show 20v 0a

After i was playing with the charger (plug in and out) suddenly it start to charger and the macbook turn on with the battery, after that it was on i was plug the charger out and in again and BOOM again, 20v 0a macbook is on and not charging.?

o.k i was change all CD3215A again...now one side (both usbc) charging and the other side both 5v, i was replace 2 time 2 chips on that side but the same..

You still have an USB-C issue, if is not the same behaviour on all ports.

So its one of the CD3215A at the 5v side? Or can be something else?

Could be CD3215 chips, ot even TBT ROM.
Also can be an input MOSFET from that side.

Each CD3215 chip has a dual MOSFET associated.
