820-00850 touch bar not working

Good afternoon, J5100 and Flat oxidized, replaces J5100 and resold Flat, but it did not work. Can you test another LCD bar or make some measurement to check if the defect is in the plate?

Replace touchbar with new.
Test it before ripping out the original.
