This board does not detect voltage when connecting the battery.

already ruled out battery.

when connecting the 87 watt cable, PPBUS is 12.56V

the voltage on the PPVBAT_G3H_CONN line is 12.57Volts then it drops to 168mv, it's as if it were looking for the battery.

i2c battery lines 3.35 both
PCH_BATLOW_L is 2.93V

am i missing something? thank you

Do you mean the machine works with charger, but doesn't detect battery?
Be sure to have good contacts on J6951.
Check diode mode to ground on SCL/SDA lines before and after Q6950.

I already solved the problem, it was the flex.

The problem with this machine is that suddenly the system is being installed and it shuts down and starts the folder with a question mark.
