Have a system that came in for no power. When plugged in, system boosts to 20V. No response from the power button however.

Diode Mode:
PPBUS_G3H = 0.472 & 13.05V
PP3V3_G3H = 0.027 & 3.341V
PP3V3_S5 = 0.000 (0.8 Ohms) & 0.000V

Injecting 1V @ PP3V3_S5 draws 1.6-2A and causes the PCH on the processor to heat up as shown in the photo below. Assuming the processor is dead?
