No water damage. Short on ppbus. Removed R6905 and checked that short is on pin 1, after that removed R5400 and the short is on PPBUS_G3H_CPU.

Can i inject to check what is heating up?

Definitly i am not decided to fry CPU, this is why i am registered in this forum and asking question to you.

Still not injected removed Q7960 and short is gone, after that removed L7960 and short was on second pad ( PPVCCIO_S0G). Dead CPU?

Thanks in advance for your help

So Q7960 is bad for sure.
You didn't need voltage injection to find it.

What is the exact ohm value to ground at L7960?
Some CPU power rails have low values as normal.

Looks like short for me, as that is not a core rail.
Should be bad CPU.

Just in case, compare with good board.
