Got an 820-00923 for repair and can not find out how to fix it, without water damage

Compare diode mode readings on CPU coils with good board.
Try known good BIOS...

Tried 3 BIOS and also to replace the BIOS chip, no success.
I miss a working 820-00923 motherboard...
Something else I can try?

As you get VCCSA (L7270), I don't see other reason than bad CPU; if BIOS is good for sure.
Just in case, check all resistors and traces around U7100.
CPU_VR_EN_R is present?

CPU_VR_EN_R present. Gave it back... I think CPU was dead too.
