820-00923-A not booting fully

This came in not booting, at first i got 1/3 loading bar, but after a while its only apple logo and then it will shutdown.., i have take off the board, no corrosion or liquid at all.
I want to try booting external, but when I hold alt, it will not get anywhere, but it will show apple logo after i release alt button.
If i try turning on just with display flex ( no other flex attached ) and magsafe, screen will stay black ( no backlight no img).. could it be bios problem ?

The described symptom requires to try clean ME BIOS.
Maybe full new BIOS, known good working.

cleaning me, but still same. i can't seem to find any bios on internet ( all require payment and something ), do you have the bios ?

i used bios from alisaler, now I can boot to login screen, type the password, enter, and it will stuck after a bit of loading bar.. ( but now at least it got further than apple logo.. ) any known good bios ?

Did you clean ME of that new BIOS?
