History: dead while watching a movie on a plane without charger.

820-00923 Board without battery, unplugged all connectors takes from charger:

0.03A

On thermal camera:
a little heat on U7800

Is this diode mode reading?
In such case, is too low...

Only few caps there to check, C7880 and C1227/28.
If all good, then only U7800, or CPU...

U7800 can be replaced from other boards? or it's possible to test this ic without replacing?

Remove U7800 and check diode mode again.
If still low, dead CPU...
